Yueh Chu Hsu Chung

Yueh Chu Hsu Chung, 68, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, February 6^th, 2020.

Yueh Chu was born in Taipei, Taiwan on July 11^th, 1951 to the late Mu-Chuan Hsu and Xiu-Lan Zhang Hsu.

Yueh was an avid gardener, sports fan, and loving mother. She enjoyed working with her husband at their restaurant for the last 24 years.

She is survived by husband, Yuan Cheng Chung; daughter, Chia Jen Chung (David) of Seattle, Washington; daughter, Chia-Hsin Chung of Charlotte, North Carolina; son, Chia Ming Chung (Julia) of Huntersville, North Carolina; and grandchildren, Ethan Hsu, Everett Hsu, Avery Hsu, and Dylan Chung.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10^th, 2020 from 2pm-4pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, North Carolina. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
