William "Willie" Cecil Berard Higginbotham, 72, of Mt. Ulla, NC passed away Tuesday April 1, 2014. William was born May 4, 1941 in Roswell, NM to the late Clinton and Lillian Parish Higginbotham. William is survived by his loving children; son, William Clinton Browning Higginbotham and his wife Brandi of Charlotte; daughter, Deborah Lynn Evans and her husband Robert of Huntersville.
