William Henry, Jr (Boopie/Mousie), of Charlotte, NC was born to William and Evelyn Henry on October 4, 1950 in New York, New York. He grew up and attended school in the Bronx, New York. He was the oldest of three children. On July 5, 2014, William entered into eternal rest from the trials and tests of this world. William was well known and loved by many in his community. He was a protector. He was known for looking out for others, especially females. In his hay days, he was definitely "the man" and women loved him. William was smart and had a knack for making others laugh with his keen sense of humor. He was also known for his sense of style - he always looked and smelled good! When he loved you, he loved you unconditionally. Anyone who knew William, knew that he had the "gift of gab". He knew a little about everything, and did not mind discussing it with you. His last place of employment was at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. He knew and loved the Lord. Left to cherish his memory is his son, Wakim of Bronx, NY , granddaughters, Tatiana of Bronx, NY, and Starr of FL, a devoted mother, Evelyn Henry of Charlotte, NC, sister, Brenda Augustin of Charlotte, NC, brother, Myron Henry (Michelle) of Charlotte, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
