William "Billy" Frank Cochran

William "Billy" Frank Cochran, age 69, of Charlotte went to his heavenly home November 19, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Martha; son Rev. Billy Cochran and wife Tina; grandson Joseph and granddaughter, Hannah. Also by his sister, Gail Moubray of Monroe, GA and a wonderful church family. A Memorial Service will be conducted 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 23, 2013 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. David Elms officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of floral tributes (gifts) the family request memorials be made to Soul's Harbor Ministries, P.O. Box 774 Paw Creek, NC 28130. A special thanks to Billy's nephew, Rev. Lane Moubray and his wife, Irene for their kindness and care of Billy the last few days. Great will be your reward.
