Virginia Ruth Koroly

Virginia Ruth Koroly, 68, of Huntersville, NC passed away on August 22, 2020.

Ginny was born in Riverton, NJ on August 24, 1951 to the late Donald and Ruth Knepp. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her aunts, Dee Faulk and Jean Asay.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Koroly; daughters, Liz and Caroline Koroly; grandsons, Liam and Declan Hutchison; sister, Betsy Wargo; and brother, Gary Knepp.

A loving and caring mother and wife of 43 years, Ginny will be greatly missed. She loved traveling and sight-seeing. Ginny shared a love of cooking and baking. She went above and beyond taking care of her family and friends. Her creativeness shined through in all her endeavors – including dress-making, Halloween costumes, theme parties, quilting and painting.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ginny's memory to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1702 East Highland Ave., Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85016.  Please note Ginny's name along with your donation so her family can be notified of your kindness and generosity.
