Virginia Vetter Busko

May 13, 1916 — February 25, 2015

Virginia Vetter Busko, affectionally known as "Gram", passed away today, Wednesday February 25, 2015 in her sleep. She was in no pain, unlike her family. She put up a great fight for a woman 98 years old with a broken femur. Gram was loved by everyone that met her. A very giving and loving person Virginia and her only daughter, Beverly have been very close. Virginia's only real love was her husband, Stephen. He passed away when Beverly was only 17 so Gram and Bev took on a lot together, good and bad. Gram lived long enough to see her "Baby" her only great grandson for 2 1/2 years. We all are very thankful Tony (son-in-law) and Stephanie (granddaughter) had little Nino. He truly made Gram laugh and smile every time she saw him. Gram will be sorely missed but her love and spirit will live forever. A celebration of her life will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 28, 2015 at St. Mark Catholic Church. Burial will followed at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery. Gram leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Beverly Stout; grandson, Adrian Stout; granddaughter, Stephanie Finocchio and husband, Tony; great grandson, Nino Finocchio Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Service Huntersville, NC is assiting the family.
