Timothy Mac Knox, 54, of Cornelius, NC died Monday January 9, 2011 at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville. Born November 15, 1957 in Mecklenburg County he was a son of the late Leonard Clontz Knox and Helen Hager Knox. Tim was employed with Duke Power Company as a Commodities Tec, an auto enthusiast and softball coach. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and vacationing with them at the beach. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday January 12 at Bethel Presbyterian Church with Dr. Bill Cain and Rev. J.E. Wayland, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. A loving and devoted husband and father, he leaves to cherish his memory is wife Tracy Livingston Knox; son, Chandler Knox; daughter, Kirstie Knox; brother, Leonard Knox and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Kiefer Brynen Knox and brother, Loren Dale Knox. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Holy Angels, P. O.
