Timothy Baxter

Timothy Baxter, 69, of Huntersville, NC died February 9, 2012 at his residence. He was born May 24, 1942 in Bronx, NY to Dorothea Mulvihill Baxter and the late Walter Baxter. He was a Respiratory Therapist with CMC Lincoln and a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville, NC and a director of BITO'LUCK Equine Rescue. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Gail Ann Miller Baxter, five daughters; Debra Brescia of Cornelius, Donna Yacopino of Waxhaw, Dianna Elkenbaum of Seatle, WA, Rebecca and Claudia Baxter of Huntersville, NC, sisters; Bridget Powell, Nora Ehrling and Eileen Toro, grandchildren; Amanda, Erica, Casey, Jessica, Jacqueline, Julianna, Danae, Sequoia and Willow. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 1:00-5:00 pm at the families residence. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to BITO'LUCK Equine Rescue at BITO'LUCK.org. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family.
