Thomas Arthur Phillips

Thomas Arthur Phillips, 98, of Davidson, NC died Monday, February 3, 2014 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House. Born June 19, 1915 in Benton, Illinois, he was a son of the late J. Clark Phillips and Louise Meyers Phillips. He was a World War II US Army Veteran and retired College Professor of Indiana State University. Graveside services will be conducted at a later date in Indiana. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters; Marie (Jim) Norris, Billi (Phil) Slavens and Linda (Mike) Sherck and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wives, Mable and Gladys; three brothers and one sister. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Levine and Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
