Born February 27, 1962 in Chicago Illnois, he was a son of the late Edward Hyde Ball and Rosina Bagley Ball. Funeral Services will conducted in Chicago. Survivors are his brother John Ball In additional to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Nina.
