Thelma L. Reid

Mrs. Thelma Louise Reid, 80, of Huntersville, NC departed this world May 14, 2012, receiving the gift of Eternal Life. She graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1950 and retired from Magla Products after 31 years of service. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday May 17, 2012 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 at the funeral home. She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Jack Reid; children, Jack E Reid (Dora), Jerry Reid (Teresa), Penny Reid Hawkes (Ken) and David Reid. Also surviving are four brothers; two sisters; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Reid; parents, Marvin and Lola Weathers; two brothers and one sister.
