Steven D. Bonislawsky

Steven David Bonislawsky, 46, passed away on April 23, 2023. Steve was born in Fort Scott, KS on October 9^th, 1976 to the late Patrick Steven Bonislawsky and Janet Suzanne Bonislawsky. Steve lived in Aliquippa, PA for the majority of his life. He recently relocated to Charlotte, NC to join his mother, sisters, niece and nephews.

Steve graduated from Center High School, class of 1995 and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, class of 2000. Steve was an avid sports fan, and loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Penguins.

Since moving to Charlotte, he really enjoyed attending his niece Viola’s softball games, and nephews Henry’s and Nathaniel’s baseball games. He also enjoyed visiting and hanging out with his family, playing kickball and card games, and the beach. Steve was incredibly sympathetic and understanding. He was a great friend to many and will be deeply missed by his loved ones.  

He is survived by his mother, Janet Bonislawsky, sisters Mary (Cullen) Knosby and Theresa LeBlanc, niece Viola Knosby and nephews Henry and Nathaniel LeBlanc.

A visitation will be held on Thursday April 27^th from 6:00 - 7:30pm at the Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, NC. A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 7:30pm.
