Stephen Mark Stilwell

Stephen Mark Stilwell, 50, of Huntersville, NC passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends November 7, 2010 at Levine Dickson Hospice House. Born Nov 6, 1960 in Iredell County he is the son of Richard J. Stilwell Sr. of Huntersville and the late Barbara W. Stilwell. He was an employee of Metrolina Greenhouse, expert model car builder, avid Hotrod and old car enthusiasts and a friend to all. A loving father, son, brother, uncle he leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Megan Stilwell; son, Bryan Stilwell; father, Richard J. Stilwell, Sr. all of Huntersville; brothers, Richard J. Stilwell, Jr. and wife Sandy of Cornelius, Keith Stilwell and wife Kathy of Belmont; sister, Anne S Velez and husband Peter of Mooresville; nephews, Peter A Velez, Jr, Jonathan B. Stilwell, Paul A. Stilwell; nieces, Jessica A. Velez, Allison R. Stilwell; and best friend, Fiance and soul mate Ronda Elsea of Cornelius. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday November 11 in the Chapel of Raymer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Independence Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. The family extended a thank you to all the family, friends, and medical help and to Hospice for the wonderful care and friendship given to Mark during his declining health.
