Shannon Dawn Fowler

Shannon Dawn Fowler, born on February 22, 1978, in Charlotte, NC, passed away on May 21, 2024 in Concord, NC.

Shannon was known for her lively and spirited personality. She was a true spit-fire - strong-willed, fun-loving, and had a great sense of humor. Shannon was considered a girly girl who took pride in being tidy and clean.

One of Shannon's proudest accomplishments was her triumph over throat cancer while expecting a child, showing her incredible strength and resilience in the face of adversity Shannon had a wide range of hobbies and interests that brought joy to her life. She loved to cook delicious meals, gardening, enjoyed attending parties and celebrations, exploring new destinations through travel, basking in the sun with her children, relaxing on the beach, going on cruises, and cherishing moments spent with her family.

Shannon will be dearly missed by her surviving fiancé William Dietz; sons Zachary Estes and Tanner Dietz; daughter Sofia Dennis; sister Kelly (Neal) Alexander; Bean Alexander; nephew Chris McCullough; brother Jimmy Fowler, Jr.; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Dale Fowler, Sr., mother Mary Catherine Fowler, and first husband Joe Estes.

Services to honor and remember Shannon Dawn Fowler will be held at Raymer - Kepner (Huntersville) on May 26th. A visitation will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

In remembrance of Shannon's vibrant spirit and the love she shared with those around her, let us celebrate the life she lived and the memories she created. May she rest in peace.
