Sarah Burnette

Mrs. Sarah Louise Tanner Burnette, 80, of Huntersville, NC died Thursday February 28, 2013 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1932 in Charlotte, NC. The was employed with the Charlotte Mcklenburg School system as a cafeteria worker prior to her retirement and she was deeply devoted to her faith and her loving family. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 noon Monday March 4, 2013 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Williams officiting. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 to 12:00 at the funeral home. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Frank Michael Burnette and wife Susie, Sherrie Melissa Henderson and husband Don; grandson, Frank Alan Burnette and wife Kristy; granddaughter, Erin Moss and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Albert Burnette and daughters, Teresa, Pat and Bonnie. Memorials may be made to St Judes Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105, an organization near and dear to her heart.
