Sandra Mitchell Melton

Sandra Mitchell Melton, 63 of Huntersville, NC died Sunday October 27, 2013 at Carolina Specialty Hospital in Charlotte, NC. Born June 21, 1950 in Mecklenburg County she was a daughter of the late Ernest C. Mitchell and Faye Garris Mitchell. She was a homemaker and loved all animals especially birds. A celebration of her live will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. Shirley Childers officiating assisted by Mary Lou Richards. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Kathy Scercy and husband Dennis of Huntersville and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, William Mitchell. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huntersville, NC is assisting the family.
