Ronald Ronnie" Horace Brown, 62, of Lincolnton, NC formerly of Huntersville, NC died Tuesday May 21, 2013 at Kindred Health Care, Lincolnton, NC. Born July 12, 1950 in Iredell County he was a son of the late Joe Clarence Brown and Juanita Williams Brown. Ronnie was employed for 37 years with Cashion's Grocery Stores and served on the Huntersville Police Reserves. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Denver United Methodist Church, Denver, NC with Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening May 28 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janice Kidd Brown; daughters, Annette Wilkes and husband Andy of Lowesville and Erin Castro of Lincolnton; son-in-law, Larry Castro of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Justin and Karley Wilkes, Jonathan, Hannah and Maddie Castro; brothers, Jim Brown and wife Debbie of Texas, Joe Brown and wife Fiona of Charlotte and numerous extended family members and friends.
