Robert Milton Allen, Jr.

Robert (Bobby) Milton Allen, Jr., 71, of Stanfield, NC passed away on March 13, 2021.

Bobby was born in Mecklenburg county on March 7, 1950. He was the son of Robert Milton Allen, Sr. and the late Betty Beach Allen.

Along with his mother, Bobby is preceded in death by his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Allen.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Deborah Blythe Allen; son, Robert Milton Allen, III (Suzannah); daughter, Marcia Lynn Allen (Kyle); son, Frederick Lawrence Allen; son, Joseph Samuel Allen; and grandchildren, Beau, Jackson and Connor. Bobby is also survived by his siblings Andrea Allen Huffman, Edmund Lawrence Allen (Lisa), and Pamela Allen Taylor (Terry); along with many nieces and nephews.

Bobby found his life's passion early on as an expert Tree Climber. He owned and operated Metrolina Tree Experts and would spend the majority of his free time meticulously maintaining his own landscape and garden or helping friends and neighbors with theirs. When Bobby wasn't holding a pruner or a chainsaw he was holding a fishing pole. Saltwater or freshwater he was always ready to go fishing. He will be remembered for his entertaining stories, teasing jokes and great sense of humor. We will always cherish his kindness, caring and laughter.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at St. Mark Episcopal Church Cemetery in Huntersville, NC at 10:30 am.
