Ralph Nelson Mulvaney, 85, passed away on December 20, 2018 at Novant-Huntersville.
He was born on March 5, 1933 to the late William and Lucy Mulvaney in Akron, OH.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by four brother and three sisters.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Nancy Mulvaney; son Shannon David Mulvaney (Angie) of Atlanta; daughter Melissa Lucy Mulvaney of Cornelius; sister Shirley Mulvaney; and grand dogs Lucy and Gladys.
Ralph served his country in the Unites States Army. He was a pilot and enjoyed cars, motorcycles, football, golf, airplanes, boats, and music.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
