Paul Moore

Paul Leander Moore, 76 of Huntersville, NC passed away on May 22, 2019. He was born on October 11, 1942 in Mooresville, NC to the late Olin Leander Moore and Clara Bell Griffin Moore.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Mabel Louise Puckett; daughter, Cynthia Jean Moore.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Peggy Jean Hager Moore; son, Michael Paul Moore and wife Mary; grandsons, Timothy and Christopher; brothers, Howard William Moore and Richard (Ricky) Moore; and sister, Shirley Ann Moore Davis.

Paul loved astronomy and enjoyed working on cars.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Centerpointe Baptist Church, 6431 Cashion Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078. A visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am prior to the service. Following the service he will be buried in the church cemetery.
