Patrick Lee "Ricky" Huddleston

Patrick Lee Huddleston, 25, of Charlotte, NC, passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on September 21, 2012. Patrick was born June 19, 1987 in Summersville, WV to Steven and Lorene Wyant Huddleston. He graduated from Vance High School in Charlotte and was an Eagle Scout. Patrick enjoyed fishing, Nascar, Panther Football and playing pool with his friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Emma Wyant, paternal grandparents Arch and Margaret Huddleston, and half-brother David Huddleston. Along with his parents he is survived by his 9 week old daughter, Aubrey Layne Huddleston, fiancé: Jessey Crowder of Charlotte, NC, brother: Charles L. Huddleston of Pensacola, FL, sister: Valerie Ann Huddleston of Tuscan, AZ, maternal grandfather, James Wyant and paternal step-grandmother Mary Rose Huddleston and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday September 25, 2012 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 12:00 until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Cozad officiating. Interment to follow at Northlake Memorial Gardens, Huntersville, NC. In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund has been set up for his precious daughter Aubrey.
