Norman Everette Curlin

Norman Everette Curlin of Concord, NC passed away on October 7, 2015. He was born July 28, 1936 in Wilson, NC to the late James Curlin and Lula Kennedy Curlin. He was a veteran of the US Army and a Baptist by faith. He loved spending time with his family; and also enjoyed growing tomatoes, reading, and cooking. In addition to his parents Norman is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ricks Curlin; sister, Lu; five brothers, James, Charlie, Marvin, Curtis, and Bobby. Norman leaves to cherish his memory, his loving family; daughter, Lisa Bragg and her husband Cary of Lillington, NC; daughter, Sandi Vizner and her husband Jake of Cornelius, NC; son, Thomas Kennedy Curlin of Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren, Leeanne Price, Michael Bragg, Katelynn Watkins; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Maplewood Cemetery in Wilson, NC.
