Na'zae Deshone Mack, 3, of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away on January 26, 2016 at the Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville N.C.
Na'zae is survived by his loving family; parents, Chanel Cage and Telvin Mack; grandparents, LC and Yvette Clark; little sister, Nia Mack; aunts, Toni Cage, Lyric Carey, So'Nia Clark; uncles, Marino and Mekhi Clark; cousins, Justice, Arthor, Jr., Taurean and Princeton.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House, Huntersville, NC.
