Nancy Alley

Nancy Daphine Alley, 84, of Stanley, passed away at home Friday, August 15, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 18, 1930 in Stanley, NC to the late Jasper Holland and Euniece Womac Hager. Nancy was the Treasure of Martha's Chapel Cemetery Fund for many years, and enjoyed knitting. Nancy was preceded in death by her loving husband Otis Kidd Alley and her sister, Mildred Hager Morrison. She is survived by her large, extended, loving family. A funeral service will be held Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at Martha's Chapel, Killian Farm Road, Stanley, NC 28164. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until the time of service. A burial will be held immediately following the service in the church cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Martha's Chapel Cemetery Fund.
