Melba Rohwer Conway 89 of Mooresville, NC died August 15, 2013, at The Huntersville Oaks. Born June 4, 1924 in Mallad Idaho she was a daughter of the late Winslow Fred Rohwer and Barbara Evans Rohwer. She was a nuclear chemist and Mormon by faith. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday August 18, 2013 at Mt.Zion Community Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Barbara L. Pendergrass (Sam) of Mooresville; sons, Glen R. Conway (Avalee) of Mooresville, Robert Conway (Nancy) Export, PA; grandchildren, Laura, April, Allen, Kevin, Adrienne, Katie, Kara, Daniel; great grandchildren, Ashley, Cameron, Logan, Ethan, Emily, Jaden, Jasmine, Sadie and brother, Boyd Rohwer (Bette) Utah. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Newton Conway, Jr. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huntersville, NC is assisting the family.
