Mary Sue Jarrell Johnson

Mrs. Mary Sue Jarrell Johnson, 86, of Huntersville, NC went to be with the Lord on Tuesday October 18, 2011. Mary was the daughter of the late William and Annie Jarrell of Greene County TN and a retiree of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Mary Sue is survived by five children, Margaret J. Shinn and husband Eugene of Davidson, Guy W. Johnson and wife Nina, Paul M. Johnson and wife Dottie, John W. Johnson and wife Becky all of Huntersville and Gary L. Johnson and wife Lisa of Peachland. Other survivors include eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar W. Johnson and son, Billy R. Johnson. The family will receive friends and loved ones Friday October 21 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, NC. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Johnson will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with interment following at the Huntersville First Baptist Church Cemetery.
