Martha J. Sadri

Martha Jonas Sadri, 88, of Charlotte died peacefully at Novant Health Hospice on October 16, 2016. Mrs. Sadri was born in Lincolnton, NC on March 30, 1928 and enjoyed life-long roots in beloved North Carolina. She was a graduate of UNCG, Delta ticket agent, homemaker, sports fan, avid tennis player and exercise coach to seniors. Mrs. Sadri had an unwavering dedication towards community volunteering and could be seen delivering food trays even into her eighties.

Mrs. Sadri is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Frederick F. Sadri and infant son, Scott J. Sadri.

She is survived by three grown children, Becca Sadri, John Sadri (Allison), Susan Sundberg ; and three grandchildren, Jordan and Madison Sadri, and Trudi Sundberg.

A memorial service will be held at Myers Park Methodist Church on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 3:00pm.  The family will receive friends following the service.
