Lisa Maria Tavares Amadeo

Lisa Maria Amadeo, 48, of Cornelius, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly at her home. She was born in Boston, MA on April 16, 1966. She is survived by her mother Maria Leonilde Tavares and was preceded in death by her father Louis Tavares. She was the beloved wife of Robert Amadeo, mother of Kelly Flynn, Robert Flynn, Gabriela Amadeo, and Sal Amadeo. Grandmother of Fernando Flynn. Sister of Laurie Ann Fay, husband David, and nephew Jack. She is also survived by many treasured aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends. Lisa was a dedicated member of the Cornelius community involved in Girl Scouts, PTA, and Youth Sports. Lisa was an employee of Lake Norman Realty. Visitation will be Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 2:00-500 pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC. Funeral Mass will be on Monday June 30, 2014 at 11:00 am.at St. Mark Catholic Church, 14740 Stumptown Rd., Huntersville, NC. Interment at North Lake Memorial Gardens, 11001 Alexanderana Rd, Huntersville, NC. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donates to Lisa's favorite organization, Hospice & Palliative Care, Charlotte Region, 1420 E. 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28204.
