Laurie Susan List Cordes

Laurie Susan (List) Cordes, of Cornelius, NC born on March 28, 1952 in Albuquerque, New Mexico lost her battle with cancer on September 14, 2013. Laurie had a wonderful sense of humor and a strong work ethic. She was a fantastic cook with a beautiful smile and generous heart. She was a dedicated employee of Kuester Management Group. Laurie was predeceased by her mother Joan (Sickler) List and is survived by her father Rudolph List and his wife Shirley of Williamsburg, VA, sister Karen List of Glastonbury, CT, brother Michael and his wife Linda List of Huntersville, NC, sister Judith List and her husband Bret Buesing of Naples, FL, brother Christopher and his wife Lanie List of Brooklyn, NY, and the five nephews and three nieces she treasured. Memorial visitation will be held at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd., Huntersville, NC on Monday, September 16 from 6 - 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund www.ocrf.org Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family.
