Kathy Ann Finkelstein

Mrs. Kathy Ann Appelt Finkelstein, 57, of Charlotte, NC died Monday October 27, 2014 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House surrounded by the love of her family. Born April 26, 1957 in Staten Island, NY she was a daughter of Emma Teresa Galuppi Appelt of Clearwater, FL and the late James Donald Appelt. Kathy was a self employed accountant, homemaker and loved spending time with her family. Funeral Services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2014 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Celebrant Terri Hintz officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In addition to her mother, Emma Appelt, she leaves to cherish her memory her husband Sy Finkelstein; daughter, Lauren Finkelstein; son, Justin Finkelstein all of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Diane Cenci of Staten Island, NY, Janet Barile of Mooresville, NC; brother, Jim Appelt of Clearwater, FL and several nieces and nephews.
