Kathryn Louise Taylor Culbertson

Mrs. Kathryn Louise Taylor Culbertson, 77, of Charlotte, NC died Wednesday May 29, 2013 at Novant Health-Charlotte. Born September 29, 1935 in Laurens, SC she was a daughter of the late Spurgeon Taylor and Elizabeth Irby Taylor. She was employed with the Dept of Defense as a Navy pay clerk. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Sunday June 2, 2013 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Northlake Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Reginald Culbertson of VA, Michael Culbertson and wife Wanda of Charlotte, Derek Culbertson of DC; daughters, Bonita Sutler and husband Wayne of MD, Germaine Walker and husband Reginald of DC and nine grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Erskine Culbertson, Jr. and brother, Willie Irby.
