Kathie (also known as“KitKat”) came into this world on January 14, 1966, in Bronx, New York, born to Coleman and Rosemarie Braddish. She was the cherished wife of Joseph Marino and a devoted mother to Jessica Marino and Ashley White. Additionally, she embraced her role as a loving grandmother to Franklin White. Kathie is survived by her siblings Rosemarie Fiorello, Eileen Valerio, Sean Braddish, Maureen Wright, Karen Gilligan, and ten nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Coleman and Rosemarie Braddish, as well as her two brothers, Thomas Braddish and James Braddish.
Kathie’s life was a harmonious blend of music, family, and friends. Her love for music was unwavering, and she devoted her life to creating beautiful moments with her loved ones. During her recent years at Lake Norman, she found joy in boating, attending live concerts, and sharing delightful dinners with her husband. Kathie will forever be remembered for her infectious positivity and her remarkable talent for bringing laughter to every room she entered.
In celebration of her life, the family will gather with close friends and relatives to honor Kathleen's memory. Her absence leaves a void that can never be filled, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
