Joyce Ann Martin Hutcherson

Mrs. Joyce Ann Martin Hutcherson, 66, of Statesville, NC died Sunday March 9, 2014 at her residence. Born April 10, 1947 in Keokuk, Iowa she was a daughter of the late Leo Richard Martin and Ruth Evelyn Thews Martin. Mrs. Hutcherson was a retired realtor with Prudential Realty and co-owner of Benchwarmers Sports Complex in Mooresville, NC. She had a tremendous love for animals, loved spending time in their mountain home and traveling around the country in their motor coach. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Comers Rock Cemetery in Elk Creek Virginia. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Ronald Dean Hutcherson; son, Rick Hutcherson of Mooresville; daughter, Roni Hutcherson of Denver, NC; grandsons, Josh, Travis, Austin; brothers, Leo Richard Martin Jr and James Dale Martin of Eldon, Missouri; sister, Rose Miller of Mooresville, NC and several nieces and nephews.
