Jodie Swift-Christian

Jodie L. Swift-Christian, 51, of Huntersville, NC passed away Wednesday April 3, 2013. Jodie was born on April 1, 1962 in Binghamton, NY to Rodger L. and Nancy Scherer Christian. She was a homemaker who lived for her children. She volunteered for many organizations and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Jodie was preceded in death by her husband, Ciaran Swift in 2004, and her grandparents. Along with her parents, Jodie leaves to cherish her memory; daughters, Claire and Caoimhe; sons, Ruari and Conor; brothers, Rodger (Tatiana) Christian and Rick (Andrea Banks) Christian; nephew, Jacob; nieces, Sydney, Ashley, Katlynn and Kristen; several aunts, uncles, and cousins and many extended family and friends who loved her dearly. A memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday April 13, 2013 at Lake Forest Church 8519 Gilead Road, Huntersville, NC with Rev. Mitch White officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Swift-Christian Children Memorial Account, 5/3 Bank, 500 Gilead Road, Huntersville, NC.
