Jerold Hipp

He is survived by his wife JoAnn Hipp; his son Roger Hipp (Amanda) of Mouth of Wilson, VA.; his daughter Cheryl Hipp of Surfside Beach, SC.; Misti Holland (Chris) of Fernandina Beach, FL.; Patt Robinson (Kathy) of New Palenstine, IN.; his Grandchildren, Arlie, Keelan, Chelsea, Shelbea, Ethan, and Brittany.

He is preceded in death by his parents William Emsley and Virginia Hipp; his brother, William “Bill” Hipp; and His beloved Aunt Margie.

He was the Co-Owner and then Owner of Hipp Construction for over 50 years. He was an avid Football and Nascar fan and an avid Gardener.

A Visitation in Remembrance of Jerry’s life will he held on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 5-7 in the event center at Mallard Creek Presbyterian Church, 1600 W. Mallard Creek Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a fund and is requesting donations to help with the expenses.
