Jay Gobeille

Jay Gobeille, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on October 17, 2023. He was born on July 9, 1961, in Rhode Island. 

Jay had a remarkable personality that was characterized by his humor and friendliness. He had an uncanny ability to make people laugh and never met a stranger. Jay was always willing to help others and would give the shirt off his back without hesitation. He was known for being an extremely hard worker who took pride in his dedication and commitment.

Jay served in the Navy and was very proud to have served his country. His military service exemplified his sense of duty and honor. Jay's contributions will always be remembered.

When he wasn't working or serving in the Navy, Jay cherished spending quality time with his family. One of his favorite traditions was going to the beach with them every year. He took immense pleasure in creating lasting memories with his loved ones and was incredibly proud of his family.

Jay leaves behind a grieving family who will forever carry fond memories of him in their hearts. He is survived by his loving wife Debra Gobeille, their son Daniel Gobeille, daughter Jaymie Gobeille, and brother Keith Gobeille (Deborah). Jay was preceded in death by his father Douglas Gobeille and mother Lorraine Gobeille.

Services will be privately held by the family.

Jay Gobeille will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched. His light-hearted nature, generosity, and love for his family will be remembered as his lasting legacies. May his soul find eternal peace.
