James William "Bill" Pickard

James William "Bill" Pickard, Sr., 81, of Huntersville, NC passed away May 27, 2014 at the Huntersville Oaks. Bill was born September 18, 1932 in Greensboro, NC to the late Junius and Helen Payne Pickard. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a Courier for Meridian Laboratory for eight years. Bill is survived by his sons, Bill (Carole) Pickard, Jr., Mike (Catharine) Pickard, daughter, Diann Pickard (Dennis) Kearney, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and sister, Alice Braxton. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family.
