James Galen Ackeret

James Galen Ackeret, 69, of Huntersville, NC died Tuesday February 5, 2013 at Levine Dickson Hospice House. Born April 15, 1943 in Holston, Kansas he was a son of the late John A Ackeret and Nancy Hurst Ackeret. He was a US Army Veteran and Vocational Rehab Counselor for the Veteran Administration prior to his retirement. Graveside Services will be conducted in Bucks Grove Church Cemetery in Soldier Kansas. The day and time are pending. He is survived by his brothers, John, Gary (Judy) and Roger Ackeret of Kansas, sister, Bonnie (Chuck) Foster of Florida and several nephews and nieces.
