J. B. Heglar

Mr. J. B. Heglar, 80, of Lincolnton, NC formerly of Huntersville, NC died Friday March 16, 2012 at his residence. Born September 22, 1931 in Iredell County he was a son of the late John Bell Heglar and Innes Louella Corriher Heglar. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and retired safety director in the trucking transportation industry. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday March 18, 2012 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Wade Ogle officiating. Visitation will follow the service. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Gary L. Heglar and wife Debi of Lincolnton; brother, William Allen Heglar of Mooresville, NC; sisters, Barbara Johnson of Phoenix City, AL, Louise Heglar of Salisbury, NC, Joyce Risden of Midway, NC; grandchildren, Amber Roberts and husband Todd, Adam Heglar and wife Calie and great grandchildren, William Grayson Roberts and Emily Grace Roberts. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rilza Wiley Heglar in 2009.
