Isaiah Michael Schettler

Isaiah Michael Schettler, 17, of Cornelius, NC passed away February 12, 2018 surrounded by his family.

He was born January 4, 2001, the son of Ed and Tami (Wise) Schettler. He was a Junior at William Amos Hough High School where he enjoyed photography, participation in several AP courses, and making his friends laugh. At home he enjoyed making music and cooking for his family.

Isaiah is survived by his parents, Ed and Tami of Cornelius, his sister Aja' and his beloved dog Jax. In addition, he leaves behind his maternal grandparents, Victor and Winnie Wise of Philadelphia, PA, his paternal aunt Patty (Schettler) Sabo with her husband Brian and daughter Brianna of Industry, PA, and his maternal aunt Nicci (Wise) Williams with her husband Greg and daughter Norra of Yardley, PA. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Patricia Ann Schettler and paternal uncle Joseph Schettler.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home at 16901 Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, NC 28078. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the start of the service. Following the service a balloon release will take place at Bailey Road Park. A reception will be held at 1:30 pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home.
