Hugh William Norwood, Jr.

Hugh William Norwood Jr., 62, of Denver, NC passed away on February 25, 2024.

He was born in Charlotte, NC on July 29, 1961 to the late Betty Lou Christenbury and Hugh William Norwood Sr. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kate Grace Norwood.

Hugh was referred to as "Spanky" since he was a little boy.  He loved country music and The Carolina Panthers.

He is survived by his sister and caregiver, Betty Lynn McGhee; brother, Joe Otis Norwood and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private visitation was held for the family at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville NC.
