Howard Ray, Jr.

Howard Donald Ray, Jr., 47, of Huntersville passed away November 5, 2015 at CMC Main in Charlotte, NC. Born in Iredell County May 11, 1968 to the late Howard Donald Ray and surviving Sara Ray, he was a Heavy Equipment Operating in the Grading Industry. Howard loved to hunt along with spending time with his family. Leaving to cherish his memory along with his mother is his loving wife; Sandy, daughters; Hilary and Nichole Ray, step-daughters; Kirsten, Jessica and Megan King, grandchildren; Makenzie Ray, Gary and Travis Hart, step-granddaughter; Janiyah King, sister; Tammy Taylor (Ricky) and nephews; Josh and Daryl Taylor. Along with his father, Howard was predeceased by his sister Dell Ray. A visitation will be held Sunday November 8, 2015 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held Monday November 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. A burial will follow the service at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Community Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Howards name to Lakehaven Community Church, P.O. 562, Huntersville, NC 28078.
