Henrietta Lineberger Grass

Henrietta Lineberger Grass, 92, of Denver, NC died August 5, 2022 at Stanley Total Living Center.

Henrietta was born December 30, 1929 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Wife to the late Floyd Lincoln Grass, Henrietta was the daughter of the late Jonas Frank Lineberger and Effie Pursley Lineberger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Lineberger Miller and brother, J.F. Lineberger.

Henrietta loved to talk on the telephone to her many friends. She also enjoyed spending time working in the yard.

She leaves behind her sister JoAnn Lineberger Hartsell; two sons and their wives, Floyd Lincoln Grass, Jr. (Link) and wife Beverly Cobb Grass and Timothy Bruce Grass (Tim) and wife Beverly Bradshaw Grass; granddaughter Dana Grass Wiggins; grandson Michael Jason Grass; and four great-grandchildren, Zack Smith, McKenzie Smith, Kevin Wiggins, Jr. and Charlotte Grass; as well as two great-grandchildren, Lola Grace Smith and Vana Ann-Marie Smith.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Monday, August 8, 2022 at Salem United Methodist Church, 378 N. Pilot Knob Road, Denver, NC 28037 with the funeral service immediately following at the church with Reverend Eric Lane officiating.

Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery West, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.
