Harry Chadwick Hill (Chad), 52, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on May 11, 2014 in Cornelius, NC. Chad was known as a loving a devoted husband, great father and grandfather. He loved his children unconditionally and spent time with them as they built many memoires together. He was a very hard worker and entrepreneur who never gave up. He loved to cook for his friends and family. Chad was an avid Braves fan as well as the Georgia Bulldogs, the Panthers, and loved Payton Manning. He celebrated life to its fullest. Blessed be his memory as he will always be in our hearts. Memorial Services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday May 17, 2014 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:30 P.M. at the funeral home. Chad was born in Charlotte, NC on October 17, 1961 to Harry Lee Hill and Cynthia Ann Hill. He was raised in Charlotte and went to school and graduated from Harding High School. He worked for Pepsi USA and Coca-Cola for 14 years. He was founder and CEO for Realty Ready. He was attended Elevation Church. Chad is preceded in death by his father Harry Lee Hill. Chad is survived by his loving wife Peggy Iverson; his mother, Cynthia Hill; 3 children, Patricia Anne Ledford, Joshua Rodney Ledford and wife Brandi, and Adaire Courson Hill; 4 brothers Randy, Tom, Creigh, and Todd Hill and grandchildren Gavin and Aubrie. Memorials may be given to The Chad Hill Memorial. 400 Shannon Ridge, Gastonia, NC 28056. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huntersville, NC is assisting the family.
