Gloria Jean Ramquist

Gloria Jean Farrow Ramquist, 68, of Iron Station, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022. She was born in Mauldin, South Carolina on January 12, 1954, the daughter of Virginia Thompson Jordan and the late David Clifton Farrow.

Gloria was a loving mother and grandmother. She was an avid gardener, reader, and enjoyed crafts of any kind. Her favorite times were time spent with her grandchildren. Gloria and her husband, Fred, were members of Lake Norman Lutheran Church of Denver.

In addition to her mother, Gloria is survived by her husband, Frederick Carl Ramquist, Jr.; son, Matthew Ramquist; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Ramquist Chagnon and Matthew; grandchildren, Amelia and Sonja; brother and sister-in-law, David and Barbara Farrow; and nieces, Molly and Hannah.

A memorial service will be held at Lake Norman Lutheran Church of Denver at a future date.
