Gladys L. Edwards

Beloved grandmother and great grandmother, Gladys Louella Wallace Edwards, 93 of Newton, NC formerly of Stanley NC died Thursday November 8, 2012 at the Abernathy Laurels. Born September 2, 1919 in Rockingham NC she was a daughter of the late Hugh T. Wallace and Laura Kelly Wallace. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 at Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte, NC with Rev. Rick Felts officiating. The family will receive friends following. She leaves to cherish her memory her grandsons, Chip Edwards, of Denver,NC, Jeffery Edwards and wife Brenda of Winston Salem, NC; granddaughter, Jennifer Yerton and husband Bryan of Stanley, NC and nine great grandchildren.
