Elizabeth Barbara Keil Gilewski

Mrs. Elizabeth Barbara Keil Gilewski, 92, of Cornelius, NC died April 8, 2012 at Olde Knox Commons. Born November 18, 1919 in Sligo, PA she was a daughter of the late Glenn Francis "Jack" Keil and Agnes May Williams Keil. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church and retired from management at Joy Manufacturing Co in Franklin, PA. Services will be Private. Mrs. Gilewski's greatest enjoyment came from her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. She was loved and cherished by each one of them. She is survived by her daughters, Sarah J. Carpenter and husband John C. Carpenter of Cornelius, Lucinda A. Vasbinder of Charlotte; grandchildren, John, Joseph, Jesse, Julie, Travis and Austin; great granddaughter, Rhia; sister, Norma Jean Walters and husband Reed Walters of Butler, PA; brother, Frederick "Todd" Keil and wife Dixie Keil of Grove City, PA; five nieces and seven nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, John Paul "Jack" Schosser, sister, Miriam Keil Steele and brother, Robert James Keil.
