Elizabeth Adkins

Elizabeth “Beth” Graham Adkins, age 40, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 29^th at Levine Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, North Carolina.  She was born April 8, 1978 in Denver, Colorado and spent her years moving from adventure to adventure.  She graduated from Kean University in New Jersey and spent her years always helping others - first as a teacher with special need students and then as a retail manager.  She traveled the world helping to set up new Forever 21 stores and most recently was with Bath and Body Works as a highly performing Retail Manager.

She married the love of her life Chris Adkins in May 2013 and have two beautiful children Vyvyen (6) and Andrew (4).  She truly lived every day to its fullest.  Always smiling, helping, hugging, laughing and doing. When she was not working, she volunteered at her children’s schools, helped in the community, and enjoyed time with her husband and family.  Beth lived and had more adventures in her years then the rest of us will.  Those that were fortunate to know her were loved and felt loved.  She is survived by her parents Joan and Robert, her husband Chris, her children Vyvyen and Andrew and her sister Lindsay.

A Celebration of Life with light appetizers will be held on Saturday, February 16^th at Webb Custom Kitchen in Gastonia, NC from 12:30 – 3.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Levine & Dickson Hospice House – Huntersville, North Carolina or PanCan.org (Charlotte) would be appreciated.
