Eileen Elizabeth Rose

Eileen Elizabeth Nolan Rose, 92 of Cornelius, passed away November 16, 2015 at her home. Eileen was born January 4, 1923 in Salineville, OH to the late Ernest and Mary Nolan.

She is survived by her son, Duane L. Rose (Marsha) of Huntersville; grandson, Duane R. Rose (Wendy) of Charlotte; granddaughter, Kimberly Magum (Gary) of Raleigh, and 4 great grandchildren. Eileen was an avid golfer and enjoyed being a member of many women’s golf associations throughout the years. She and her husband, John, traveled often with friends to various golf resorts during their retirement years. She was an accomplished photographer and dedicated much of her time and talent to charitable associations in the capacity of photographer.

Services will be held Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home Chapel, Huntersville, FL. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:30 -2:30 pm.  Interment to be held in Waynesville, NC at Garrett Hillcrest Cemetery.
