Edna Darlene McIlveen

Edna Darlene McIlveen, 79, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Tullahoma, TN passed away peacefully on May 5, 2021 after a long battle with dementia. Darlene was born in Dayton, TN on June 23, 1941 to the late Theo and Ellen Roddy.

Along with her parents, Darlene is preceded in death by her husband, Milton McIlveen. She is survived by her daughters, Amy Gollinger of Davidson, NC and  Cindy McIlveen of Missoula, MT as well as her sister, Virginia Russell of Manchester, TN; her brother, Felix Roddy of Dayton, TN, and her dear friend, Kay Cavin of Mt. Juliet, TN.

Darlene was a loving, caring mother and friend. She loved animals, especially rescued dogs and cats. She also enjoyed gardening, reading and collecting books and antiques. She will be sorely missed.
